20 Marketing-Related Services That Accept Bitcoin for Payments
Cryptocurrency market is hot right now.
Everybody’s talking about Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, LiteCoin, XRP, a business opportunity based on cryptocurrency, or concerning a new cryptocurrency that’s going to be launched soon.
More people have started to buy or trade cryptocurrencies. That’s either because they have realized the earning potential of cryptocurrency trading or they’ve been drawn in by the hope of quick gains.
Lately, many online marketers have also made the switch from promoting traditional network marketing or affiliate offers, to mining Bitcoin, or to the promotion of business opportunities that pay in various cryptocurrencies.
Despite the massive growth in popularity of cryptocurrencies, the number accepting cryptocurrency payments is still relatively low compared to the websites that accept PayPal or credit cards.
The three cryptocurrencies most widely accepted as payment methods are Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, and Ethereum, but Bitcoin is still the most popular.
I recently searched for websites and services related to the online marketing that accept Bitcoin as a payment method.
After a bit of research, I found several interesting services that accept Bitcoin. Since this list might be useful to other fellow marketers, I thought it would be nice to share these websites in a blog post.
Here’s where you can spend your Bitcoin if you are an online marketer.
- Buy Domain Names with Bitcoin
- Buy SSL Certificates with Bitcoin
- Buy Web Hosting with Bitcoin
- Buy Paid Traffic with Bitcoin
- Hire Content Writers with Bitcoin
- Hire Freelancers with Bitcoin
- Autoresponder Pay with Bitcoin
Buy Domain Names with Bitcoin
Every internet marketer or any person that wants to build a brand online needs a domain name.
Owning a good domain name is essential for your business. That domain basically becomes your virtual address and the place where people can find you online.
If you want to learn more about domain names, you can read my blog post on choosing a domain name.
Namecheap is the company where I go whenever I need a new domain name.
At this time, all my domain names are registered with Namecheap and I’m one of their happy customers for a few years. Even “antreno.com” is registered with Namecheap.
Besides domain names, Namecheap also sells web hosting, SSL certificates, and other related services.
To pay with Bitcoin for the services purchased from Namecheap, you first need to add funds to your account.
To add funds, go to “Profile–>Billing” menu.
Click on “TOP-UP” button next to your account’s balance.
Select Bitcoin as the preferred way of adding funds to your account.
The last step is to enter the amount you want to add to your account (in US dollars) and click on “Go to BitPay” button to finish your order using BitPay gateway.
After you place your order for any Namecheap services, choose “pay with account funds” option to utilize the funds in your account.
Namesilo is another popular domain name registrar and also a marketplace where you can buy and sell premium domain names.
Even though I prefer and use Namecheap for my domain names, Namesilo appears to accept Bitcoin as a payment method since they display Bitcoin’s logo in the footer of their website.
Buy SSL Certificates with Bitcoin
Having an SSL certificate for your website has become mandatory since recently Google Chrome has started to display a warning message on all the websites that don’t have a secure connection.
I usually purchase an SSL certificate when I register the domain name with Namecheap, which also accepts Bitcoin payments.
However, when I need an SSL certificate for an existing domain name, sometimes I use SSLS.com.
Buy Web Hosting with Bitcoin
Besides a domain name, an online marketer needs a fast and reliable web hosting for his website.
Without web hosting, the domain name itself can only be used to redirect traffic to other web address.
Fortunately here, we have several different alternatives that allow us to buy web hosting with Bitcoin.
I’ve only used and can recommend only one of them. Therefore, before purchasing a web hosting plan from one of the companies listed below, do your own research concerning the reliability of the services provided by that company.
Vultr is a company that I’m currently using to host several of my websites.
More exactly, I’m paying about $10/month for a VPS where I’m hosting a few of my websites.
Vultr is one of the companies I recommend if you need to buy an unmanaged VPS server, a dedicated server, or cloud hosting.
This company offers some of the cheapest services on the market, with a remarkable quality.
I never had problems with my VPS server up to this point, so I recommend Vultr with confidence.
Keep in mind that Vultr is not the classical web hosting company that offers shared hosting with cPanel included, pre-installed software, and so on.
If you want to host your website with Vultr, you need technical knowledge of Linux and managing web servers.
You are the one that needs to make sure that your web server is secured, you need to keep the installed software up-to-date, and so on.
If you don’t have any technical knowledge, you can hire someone to do that work, or you can choose a shared, or managed web hosting plan from one of the companies listed below.
Don’t know how to choose a web hosting solution for your site? Read this guide.
Vultr accepts Bitcoin payments, but before allowing you to use this cryptocurrency, they require you that your first deposit to be made using one of the other accepted payment methods (credit card, PayPal, or Alipay).
Hostinger is a big name in the web hosting industry.
The company was founded back in 2004 and provides services related to web hosting and domain names worldwide since then.
They have excellent customer ratings on Trustpilot and have some of the cheapest prices for the web hosting plans.

Hostwinds is a company specialized in selling web hosting, domain names, VPS servers, dedicated servers and other related services.
Even though I haven’t purchased services from this company myself, I’ve seen that they have pretty good customer reviews.
According to the information displayed on the company information page on their website, Hostwinds was founded back in 2010 and is a fairly popular company among the web hosting providers.
They accept the Bitcoin payments and 15+ other cryptocurrencies. The transactions are processed via Coinpayments.net.
Even though the company was founded in 2005, I never heard about Hosterbox until I searched for web hosting companies that accept Bitcoin.
According to the information displayed on their website, Hosterbox is a Canadian based company that operates in more than 170 countries around the world.
I couldn’t find reviews about Hosterbox on Trustpilot, but they seem to have good client reviews on other websites.
Hosterbox accepts payments with Bitcoin.
THC Servers was founded in 2013 and is a small company based in Romania.
This company has servers in multiple locations around the world and seems to have very affordable prices for their services.
Even though I couldn’t find too many reviews, the user ratings they have on Trustpilot are fairly good.
THC Servers accepts Bitcoin and the transactions are made via Bitpay, which is one of the most trusted Bitcoin payment gateways.
As its name suggests, Bitcoin Web Hosting is a company which focuses on selling web hosting services to clients who own cryptocurrency.
According to whois.domaintools.com, their domain name was registered in 2013.
I couldn’t find details about the company or a decent number of trustworthy reviews of Bitcoinwebhosting.net. Therefore, I advise you to do your own research before buying web hosting from this company.
Bitcoin Web Hosting accepts Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, Ripple, and Monero.
Buy Paid Traffic with Bitcoin
Below is a list of websites that allow you to buy paid traffic using Bitcoin.
I have grouped these sites by categories, so you can find easier the traffic type you are looking for.
A. Solo Ads
Solo ads are a form of paid email advertising.
Solo ad sellers are people that have large email lists and send your link of the page you want to promote to the people on their lists for a fee.
Usually, you order a specific amount of clicks, pay the amount which you have agreed with the vendor and you wait for the solo ad seller to send you the traffic.
1. Udimi Solo Ads
Update: Unfortunately, Udimi seems to have been removed Bitcoin payments for now. I only can find Paypal and Card as the available payment methods at this time.
Udimi solo ads is a marketplace that has made the process of buying and selling solo ads easy.
If you want to buy solo ad traffic, you go to Udimi, find a solo ad seller that has good ratings from the past customers, provide the link where you want your traffic sent and then you just need to wait for the traffic to start.
Udimi tracks the clicks and makes sure you receive the ordered traffic. Otherwise, if the solo ad vendor fails to deliver the traffic, you receive a refund for the clicks that were not delivered.
Basically, Udimi has eliminated the risk of paying upfront for solo ad clicks and get scammed by a solo ad vendor.
Udimi accepts now Bitcoin payments. Therefore, if you have some Bitcoin and you want to use it for buying paid traffic, use Udimi with confidence.
Register Udimi using my affiliate link and receive a $5 discount instantly after registration.
2. Igor Kheifets Solo Ads
Igor Kheifets is one of the biggest names amongst the solo ad sellers.
Even though I haven’t purchased solo ads from Igor yet, there are many people that praise his traffic.
His solo ads are not cheap, but he accepts payments with Bitcoin.
B. Banner Ads
Here are the places where you can advertise your business using banner ads and pay with Bitcoin.
BuySellAds is a platform that makes the connection between the website owners (publishers) and the people who want to purchase banner ads on these websites (advertisers).
With the help of this platform, you can find many websites where you can display your banners on and pay either for every thousand banner views or for 30 days.
Besides the popular payment methods, BuySellAds also accepts Bitcoin.
Adhitz is an advertising network similar to BuySellAds, but the websites that you can buy ad space from on Adhitz are usually of a lower quality than the websites available on BuySellAds.
Many of the publishers’ websites are PTC or Bux sites.
The advantage of Adhitz is that the traffic you can buy is usually a lot cheaper than the traffic from other similar platforms.
Most publishers allow you to buy an image or text ad. Some of them allow you to pay for a 30-day period, or per the number of impressions.
Adhitz accepts Bitcoin, LiteCoin, and DogeCoin.
C. Display Ads / PPV / Pop Traffic
If you prefer a cheaper type of paid traffic, you can try advertising your business with PPV.
PPV stands for Pay-per-view and it’s a paid advertising model that charges you every time someone sees your offer.
The most common two forms of PPV traffic are domain redirects and Pop (pop-up or pop-under).
The PPV traffic is utilized by the most online marketers for promoting CPA offers.
Below are two PPV networks that accept Bitcoin.
Adsterra is a leading digital advertising company that offers performance-based solutions for advertisers and media partners.
This ad network specializes in selling pop-unders traffic.
They have several payment methods available for their advertisers, including Bitcoin. However, when you add funds to your account using this cryptocurrency, Adsterra require depositing at least $300 worth of Bitcoin.
Popads.net is another ad network that accepts Bitcoin payments in exchange for the traffic.
Unlike Adsterra, where the required minimum amount for Bitcoin payments is not accessible to everybody, the minimum amount you can add to your account with Popads.net is only $10 worth of Bitcoin.
D. Traffic Exchange Traffic
Traffic exchanges are those platforms where you need to view other people’s sites in order to earn free credits that can be utilized to promote your own websites.
You can either surf for credits, or you can purchase credits and get exposure for your business for a cheap price.
I’m not a too big fan of the traffic exchange sites, but I’ve used this type of traffic in the past and the results were not that bad as I was expecting.
EasyHits4u is one of the oldest traffic exchange platforms and it’s probably the most popular.
According to Alexa, at this time, EasyHits4u has a global rank of 25,335. This means there are still a lot of people that use this platform for advertising their websites, business opportunities, affiliate products, and more.
The advertising credits are not very expensive and if you have a high converting offer to promote, you might want to give it a try to this type of traffic.
EasyHits4u accepts Bitcoin.
Hire Content Writers with Bitcoin
Whether you are a blogger or internet marketer, you will constantly need fresh content for your website, ebook, or for your posts on the social networking.
Not everyone is good at writing or has the time to create new content every day.
Fortunately, there are platforms where you can hire talented writers for a fair price.
HireWriters is a marketplace that makes the connection between the content writers and blog owners, book authors, magazines, and other people or companies that need content.
With HireWriters, you can find someone to write a 700-1000+ word article written for as low as $5. Usually, the more experienced the author is, the more he will charge.
The good part is that you, as the buyer, set the price.
Once you request a new article, the writers will apply to your project. Based on their profile, reviews and past experience in your field, you will choose the one you want to work with.
HireWriters now accepts Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, and Litecoin.
Hire Freelancers with Bitcoin
If you are an online marketer or blogger for some time, you have most likely hired freelancers at least one time in your life in order to get some job done. I certainly did that.
Unfortunately, there aren’t many freelancing websites that accept Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.
SEO Clerk is a marketplace very similar to Fiverr.
The biggest difference between these two platforms is that SEO Clerk focuses on SEO and webmaster-related services, while on Fiverr you can find sellers that provide a larger variety of services.
This marketplace is very useful if you need backlinks for your YouTube videos, PBN backlinks, you can buy tweets, social shares, video views, etc.
SEO Clerk accepts payments with Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, and Litecoin. The payments are processed through Coinbase Commerce platform.
Xbtfreelancer a freelancing website that accepts Bitcoin as a payment method.
This website is not as popular as other freelancing platforms and most of the listed projects require some work related to Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies.
This platform accepts Bitcoin payments and also pay the freelancers with this cryptocurrency.
Autoresponder Pay with Bitcoin
Email marketing it is proven to be one of the most effective marketing forms.
In the past years, the number of companies that offer software and services related to email marketing has increased.
Still, there aren’t too many options when you want to pay with Bitcoin.
Rocket Responder is a company that offers email marketing automation services like lead capture pages, forms, and a fully featured autoresponder service.
According to the information displayed in the footer on their website and their LinkedIn page, the company was founded in 2013.
I just recently found out about this company and I was pleasantly surprised by what they offer for only $20 per month. They also have a 30 day free trial period.
So, for only $20/month you can create unlimited email lists, you can send unlimited emails, you can have an unlimited number of subscribers, unlimited lead pages, and exit-intent pop-ups.
I’m going to try their services in the future and I’ll probably write a review.
Rocket Responder doesn’t accept Bitcoin, but they accept Bitcoin Cash.
Fortunately, it’s very easy to exchange Bitcoin for Bitcoin Cash with a service like Coinpayments.net.
ClickSend is a cloud-based gateway service for your business that enables you to easily send bulk SMS, email, fax & letters worldwide.
The company has been operating since 2006 and has offices around the world, with the head office in Perth, Australia.
ClickSend is not a common autoresponder provider. Their services are more inclined toward established companies that need an easy way of reaching their audiences.
According to the information displayed on this help page, besides the most popular payment methods, they also accept Bitcoin.
These are several websites where you can spend your Bitcoin on marketing-related tools and services.
If you know more sites which fall under this criteria, leave a comment below and I’ll add them to the list.
