5 CPA Networks For Beginners – No Phone Verification
Interested in promoting CPA offers, but heard all the stories saying that it’s very difficult to get accepted into the CPA networks without being an experienced marketer and without having to go through a phone verification?
It is indeed harder to get accepted into a CPA network than into a regular affiliate network, but not impossible.
CPA marketing is still affiliate marketing, but instead of only being paid every time you sell a product, you can also receive a commission when someone submits an email form, ZIP code, installs an app, or takes a specific action.
The CPA networks usually have a stricter verification process for their affiliates than the regular affiliate networks.
Most of the CPA offers also have specific requirements concerning traffic type, traffic source, visitors’ country, and so on.
Because they aren’t only getting paid for the product sale, some of the inexperienced affiliates will try to cheat the system, and they won’t follow the promotion rules imposed by each offer.
To avoid these problems, the well-known CPA networks usually only accept experienced marketers, and many of them require phone verification to ensure that their publishers already have some marketing knowledge.
However, not all the CPA networks require phone verifying, and there are several networks where you can get accepted even if you are not an experienced marketer.
Below, I made a list of several CPA networks for beginners where my application has been accepted even when I had fewer experience in the field, and without having to go through a phone verification process with an affiliate manager.

These networks should be enough for you to get your hands dirty with CPA marketing (the order is random).
I cannot give you any guarantees though that their review process hasn’t suffered any changes since I’ve applied to become an affiliate.
You will still have to explain on the registration page how you are going to promote their offers, what’s your experience level, you might need a website or a landing page, and so on.
1. Peerfly.com
Update 2019: Peerfly affiliate network is now closed.
Peerfly is my number one choice because it has a lot of offers in various niches.
If I’m not mistaken, Peerfly is in the top five CPA networks in the world.
The affiliate managers are very active and helpful whenever you need them.
The members’ area is clean and straightforward, and you can easily look for offers and filter the offers based on payment type, category, allowed traffic sources, allowed countries, and so on.
The best part is that they don’t have a phone verification process for the new affiliates.
Peerfly is the CPA network I’ve used the most so far.
Currently, Peerfly has the following payment methods:
- Bank Wire
- PayPal
- Payoneer
- Crypto Currency: Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), and Ethereum (ETH)
2. Mobidea.com
Mobidea is another accessible CPA network without very strict acceptance rules.
This network focuses on mobile CPA offers and at the time I’m writing this post, they have a database of 1275 offers (mobile games, apps, Sweepstakes, etc.).
Mobidea has a lot of international offers with decent commissions. You can filter the offers by a few important criteria, so you should have no problems finding a good offer to promote.
If you are a beginner and you want to learn more about how to promote CPA offers, they have several excellent guides on Mobidea Academy.
Mobidea Academy is a collection of free blog posts about CPA and affiliate marketing. You will learn how to track CPA offers, how to optimize your campaigns, different traffic sources, etc.
You can get paid via one of the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Firstchoice Pay
- Payza
- Paxum
- ePayments
- Bank Transfers
3. Adscendmedia.com
Another CPA network that doesn’t require a phone verification interview is AdscendMedia.
AdscendMedia network focuses more on incentive offers, surveys, mobile apps, and content locking.
They are publisher friendly, and their help center includes articles on how to get started, guides for various offer types, and some other useful information for a CPA beginner.
AdscendMedia has the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Check
- Payoneer
- Wire Transfer
4. Adworkmedia.com
Adwork Media is another CPA network that has accepted my request to become a publisher pretty easy.
The offers you can find on this network are similar to the type of offers from Adscend Media.
Adwork Media provides you a variety of tools for promoting incentive offers with content locking (a content locker, link locker, product locker, offer wall, smart links, and a global traffic monetizer).
Once a member, you will also get access to a “Guides” section where you’ll find a list of recommended tools, resources and traffic sources for promoting AdworkMedia offers.
In the dashboard page, you’ll see a section displaying the statistics from the network and how much other affiliates are earning (how much money they have earned today, how many clicks they have sent to the offers, their leads, EPC, and conversion rate).
You can get paid via one of the following payment methods:
- Prepaid MasterCard from Payoneer
- PayPal
- Check
- ACH Direct Deposit (US Only)
- Local Bank Transfers
- Standard Wire Transfer (INTL)
- Bitcoin
5. Cpalead.com
CPAlead is another CPA network where I’ve been accepted with ease (twice). Twice because I first applied about one year ago, but I didn’t promote any offers from CPAlead. In the meantime, I’ve forgotten my password, and I also couldn’t access the email address to reset my password, so I had to apply again as a publisher.
Most of the offers listed on CPAlead are “incentive” offers, but there are also a few non-incentive offers.
To promote a non-incentive offer, they will require you to tell them what kind of traffic you will be sending, including any appropriate landing page URLs, campaign info, etc. You are approved by default for promoting incentive offers.
CPAlead has a built-in feature that allows you to create content lockers. Lockers can be used to lock a piece of content, the download URL of a file, a video, etc., until the visitor completes a survey or installs a mobile app.
I haven’t tested this type of offers yet, but I’ve heard that some people have a real success with content lockers.
What I found to be a unique feature of CPAlead (at least I haven’t seen this on any other CPA network I’m a member of) are the “Niches”.
In CPAlead, Niches are basically ready-made landing pages submitted by users to CPAlead network. These Niches promote locked content and when visitors to your Niche complete a survey or install a mobile app to get access to the Niche content, you will earn money. The creator of the Niche will earn 15% of the amount you earn.
You don’t need to pay anything to promote these Niches and you don’t need to have a web host since these pages are already hosted (here’s an example).
CPALead pays via:
- PayPal
- Payoneer
- Cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Etherum, Litecoin, Ripple, Monero, Zcash
- Check
- ACH (Usa Only)
Conclusion
These are only a few CPA networks that I know are accepting beginners. I was able to easily get my publisher request accepted without a phone interview and headaches.
Please note that these networks can change their terms at any time and implement a phone verification in their publisher acceptance process.
You may also need a website, blog, landing page URL, or any proof that you have some at least some basic knowledge of the online marketing.
I’m sure there are a lot more other beginner-friendly CPA networks. If you know more CPA networks that don’t require a phone interview or marketing experience, you can leave a link in the comments section and I will be happy to add your recommended network to the list.
Also, as an additional tip.
Most of the networks that are focused on “incentive” offers should easily accept you because the advertisers on these networks are not too picky.
You can find more CPA networks using sites like Offervault or Affpaying.

Great review and about cpabuild.com, do you recommend this network?
Hi Marc,
I’m not a member of Cpabuild, so I don’t know if it’s a good or a bad network.
Enjoy the reading keep the great work up!
CAn you help me? ?
“Experimented affiliate” the word is ‘experienced’. Not experimented.
Thank you for highlighting that mistake. I have corrected the post.
peerfly dont accept beginers and usually make inspection about your past activity
I was also a beginner when I have applied for a Peerfly account and my application was accepted. This was a few years ago, though. I don’t know if Peerfly’s rules are just as permissive nowadays.
I think it also helped me the fact that I was an active member of WarriorForum. I don’t know if Peerfly still has that field on the registration form where you can provide your WarriorForum username.
If you have absolutely no marketing experience, probably only the incentive CPA networks will accept your request.
I think you should first get a bit of experience by promoting products from a CPS (cost-per-sale) affiliate network like Clickbank (everyone is accepted).
I would advise you to have at least a landing page (preferably a blog) that you can give as an example in your application form for any CPA network.
yeah Peerfly asking for your drivers license and your DNA..lol far too many networks to work with to go through all that shit. Not every affiliate is a criminal.
I am an account manager for RetroLeads LLC, we do not require any phone verifications as well. We welcome all publishers and affiliates to apply.
Marious, what do you think of this one:
